Summary
SKU management sub-module for creation and maintenance of products was one of the earliest developed in Warehouse (Grassdoor logistics portal) Over time, it had become bit tedious to use with addition of multiple features over time.
The goal of project was to redesign end-to-end SKU management system to reduce maintenance effort and provide a governance process

Summary
Grassdoor has Express (ASAP) delivery with ice cream truck delivery model, where drivers carry a certain stock of products in tote bags in the trunk of their cars. To facilitate this service, the tote bags are packed at the warehouse. The retail team provides the configuration which is periodically updated.
To eliminate all manually tracked worksheets and provide an end-to-end process in Warehouse
